We Have Curated The Ultimate Grazing Experience With Our Signature Boards. You Are Welcome To Add Anything You’d Like From Our Add On Options. Each Board And Grazing Table Is Pre-Fixed With Chevre, Brie And Bleu Cheese. Any Cheese Substitutions Will Be An Additional Charge. Each Board Comes Nearly 40 Items On It, So There Is Quite A Selection For Everyone! However, Any Preferences Can Substituted Or Added For An Additional Fee And Must Be Added Or Modified Before Checking Out. Any Upgrades, Modifications Or Changes To An Order After Purchase Cannot Be Guaranteed. Please Review Your Order Prior To Checkout The Ensure It Is Accurate And Just As You Want It To Be Received.

Absolutely! All Of Our Boards Are Designed On Our Hand-Crafted & Branded Wood Charcuterie Boards Made By Our In-House Carpentry Team. The wooden boards are yours to keep and can be reused. Simply wash by hand and treat each board with mineral oil. It is only intended to be used as a serving board. Do not use it as a cutting board.

UNLESS A LARGE AMOUNT OF NOTICE IS GIVEN (90 DAYS OR MORE DEPENDING ON EVENT, MORE MAY NEED TO BE GIVEN) KITCHEN & DELIVERY TEAMS HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED TO YOUR ORDER, PLUS BOARDS HAVE BEEN PRECUT, TREATED AND BRANDED FOR YOUR SPECIFIC ORDER. NO REFUNDS CAN BE GIVEN AND RAIN CHECKS MUST GIVEN AN EXPIRATION DUE TO VOLATILE MARKET PRICING. All Purchases Must Be Made With A Single Form Of Payment, Due To Processing Fees.

Unfortunately, This Must Be Worked Out With Your Recipient Prior To Placing An Order. Due To Liability, The Board Couple Cannot Be Responsible For Coordinating A Date, Time Or Location With A Recipient. Please Be Sure Someone Is Available To Receive Their Order At The Time(s) Noted In Checkout Prior To Checking Out. A One-Time Courtesy Text Will Be Sent Prior To A Deliverer Or Set-Up Artist's Arrival. A Window Or Time Cannot Be Modified The Day Of The Set Up Or Delivery. If Someone Is Not Home TO Receive The Delivery Or Set-Up When One Of Our Team Members Arrives, It Will Be Returned To 2218 N Zarzamora, San Antonio, Texas 78201. The Recipient And Sender Will Both Be Notified. All Boards Not Successfully Delivered Will Be Kept For 24 Hours And Must Be Picked Up During Business Hours. This Is The Responsibility Of The Sender Or Recipient To Coordinate A Pick-Up Once They Have Been Notified Of The Return To The Board Couple. If The Board Is Unclaimed After 24 Hours, It Will Be Discarded And Cannot Be Remade. Please Plan Accordingly.
There Will Not Be A Second Delivery Attempt Made By The Board Couple. The Delivery Or Set Up Fee Is Non-Refundable. If A Second Delivery Or Set-Up IS Requested, There Will Be A New Fee.

The South Texas Heat Is Brutal! For This Reason, Someone Must Be Home To Receive The Perishable Items. We Cannot Leave Any Product On A Porch For This Reason. The Board Couple Is Not Responsible For The Care Of The Product Once It Has Been Delivered, So Please Be Sure It's Refrigerated Immediately After Delivery. Once Someone Acknowledges The Receiving Of The Product, It IS No Longer The Responsibility Of The Board Couple. Please Keep This In Mind For Any Hotel Or Office Deliveries,
Any Alcohol Delivered With An Order Must Have A Recipient 21+ Home To Receive It Per TABC Law. The Board Couple Reserves The Right To ID The Recipient And Deny Delivery Of The Wine Or Beer If Someone 21+ Is Not Home To Receive It. The Alcohol Will Be Returned To 2218 N Zarzamora, San Antonio, Texas 78201 And It Will Be The Responsibility Of The Sender Or Recipient To Pick It Up During Business Hours. A Second Delivery Attempt Will Not Be Made.


It Is Important That Someone Is Home To Coordinate The Luxe Set-Up Of A Board Or Grazing Table. Once A Set-Up Artist Begins Setting Up, The Board Or Grazing Table Cannot Be Relocated To A Different Area. The Board Couple Cannot Be Held Liable For Entering A Home To Complete A Set-Up If No One Is Home. This Is For Our Team Member's safety And Yours. If No One Is Home, The Set Up Cannot Be Completed And The Board OR Grazing Table Will Be Returned To 2218 N Zarzamora, San Antonio, Texas 78201. A Set Up Time Cannot Be Changed The Day Of The Scheduled Set Up. A Location Cannot Be Changed The Day Of The Delivery Or Set Up. If A Delivery Or Set UP Address Modification Needs To Be Made, Additional Fees May Incur.

We Take A Lot Of Care In Our Products And Want Everyone To Have The Opportunity To Enjoy Our Boards. Please Communicate All Food Allergies, Including The Severity Of The Allergy, At Checkout. If The Board Couple Is Not Made Aware Of The Allergies At Time Of Purchase In The Order's Notes, We Cannot Be Held Liable For Any Allergies Not Communicated Prior To The Order Being Fulfilled. This Includes Nut Allergies.
