Get a glimpse of our private cellar for a once-in-a-lifetime tasting event showcasing extraordinary Champagnes, some rarely seen in Texas, or anywhere in the U.S. Plus, uniquely curated wines from all over France that you won’t find in big box stores. We hand-picked these during our month-long exploration of France this past June; from meeting with winemakers, to being invited into their homes, we found the very best to bring to your glass. This is your opportunity to stock up for the season and fill your home cellar with some gems!

 This exclusive afternoon invites you to sip, savor, and discover a curated collection of renowned and rare Champagnes, including exceptional grower and maison labels. Each pour will be paired with elegant light bites to enhance every note and nuance.

 This is your chance to fill your wine fridge before the holidays and taste these treasures before they’re released to the public. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.

💎 Featured Rarity — ABYSS

For the first time ever in Texas, we proudly present Leclerc Briant Cuvee Abyss 2017, an underwater-aged Champagne of breathtaking rarity. Only six bottles have reached U.S. soil — and we have them.

    •Extremely limited production: Only 5,000 bottles of the 2017 vintage were ever created, making it highly scarce worldwide.

    •Unique aging process: This particular Cuvée was aged at the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean for 10 months, a unique biodynamic process that limits its production and makes each bottle special.

    •Sold-out status: As an older vintage, the 2017 Abyss has sold out at major online retailers like Wine.com and K&L Wine Merchants. Any availability is now on the secondary market.

    •Due to its rarity, the wine is distributed in very limited quantities to retailers in the United States.

Aged under the ocean’s surface in total darkness and constant pressure, Abyss carries an ethereal minerality and a whisper of the sea. Aromas of fresh peach, lemon zest, and green apple glide through its luminous mousse. It is truly Champagne unlike any other, available for purchase in extremely limited quantities.
